This Artisan wood fired oven, is hand made brick by brick, and it is made in the United State. The oven has a steel door with thermometer. The dome is constructed using clay brick, and covered with one 1 of reinforced refractory concrete. The oven is insulated with 2 ceramic blanket, it will allow this oven to remain hot for a long period of time. The floor is high density fire brick.

This oven is perfect for cooking pizza due to its low dome. Oven base slab: 47" x 47". Door: 19.5" x 10.5". Stucco finish is available in brown.
