With this glass shield, guests can easily choose foods, without worrying about hygiene. LARGE CAPACITY- Our Bain Marie warmer features twelve large-capacity food pans, with twelve compartments & lids included.

Each pan is 12.8"x6.9"x5.9 (325x176x150 mm) in dimensions. The 6-inch depth makes each food pan 50% more capacity than others. FAST HEATING- With a rotary button for precise control of temperature, 86-185(30-85) adjustable, our Bain Marie food warmer features a thermometer for direct observation of the real-time temperature, and two indicators to show working status.

It adopts a 304 stainless steel U-shaped heating tube, with three-dimensional heating, for efficient heat transfer. NOTE: Do not dry burn the heating tube.

You can easily set the temperature between 30 (86) and 85 (185) with the rotary button. With a thermometer to display the real-time temperature, and two indicators to show working status. This commercial food warmer is equipped with a drain tap to easily drain excess water.

Each food pan is matched with a stainless steel lid to prevent dust from entering the food. Keep the precooked food at perfect ready-to-eat temperatures for extended periods with our Bain Marie Warmer. Just fill the water bath with water up to about 3-4 cm above the heating tube and place the twelve removable food-grade stainless steel pans on top.
