Item: Southbend S36D Ultimate Natural Gas 6 Burner with Oven. This 36 natural gas 28K BTU 6 burner restaurant range with standard oven is widely used in the food service industry. Stainless front and sides, and removable shelf. 35,000 BTU standard oven. Large 26" wide x 26 1/2" deep enameled oven. Four sides and top of oven is insulated with heavy, self-supporting rock wool with oven baffle assembly. Snap action adjustable thermostat: 175°F to 550°F. U-shaped heavy duty oven burner. (6) Removable, cast iron grates (Rear can hold up to a 14 stock pot). Removable one piece crumb drawer. Metal knobs with red stripe. One removable rack with 2-position rack guides. Quadrant spring doors with chrome handle.
