The Southbend S36D is a 36 6 Open Burner Gas Restaurant Range. The 36 1/2 wide open top comes with six 28,000 BTU NAT, one-piece cast iron, non-clog burners. The front, sides, and removable shelf are stainless steel. The 4 stainless steel front rail has closed, welded end caps.

There are six removable cast iron grate tops. The rear holds up to 14 stock pot. Under the burners is a removable one-piece crumb drawer. Metal knobs have a red stripe. The quadrant spring doors feature an ergonomic chrome handle.

The unit stands on 6 stainless steel, adjustable legs. The pressure regulator is factory installed. Stainless steel front, sides, and removable shelf. 4 Stainless steel front rail with closed, welded end caps. Six (6) removable, cast iron grate tops (rear holds up to 14 stock pot).

Removable, one-piece crumb drawer under burners. Metal knobs w/ red stripe. Quadrant spring doors with ergonomic chrome handle. 6 stainless steel, adjustable legs. 35,000 BTU standard oven with snap action thermostat adjustable from 175F to 550F. Four sides and top of oven insulated with heavy, self-supporting block type rock wool with oven baffle assembly. 2-position rack guides with one removable rack.
