This is a package range with salamander. Includes a new all stainless heavy duty 36 range with 6 burners and a full oven with an adjustable salamander in Natural gas only. This new range is ETL approved. Assembly is required for the Salamander. We also have other configurations for the stove like 4 burners with 12" griddle, 2 burners with 24" griddle and 36 griddle top no burners.

Assembly is required to attach the Salamander to the range. 25K BTU's per burner, Oven is 27K BTU per oven. 1 YEAR ALL PARTS AND LABOR.

Stainless steel front, back, sides, kick plate including back guard and high shelf. Heavy duty lift off cast iron burners rated at 25,000 BTU/hr. 12 x 12 cast iron top grates.

Oven burner rated at 27,000 BTU/hr. Oven pilot with 100% safety shut off. Multiple position oven rack guides. One chrome rack per oven. Stainless steel tubing for burners and pilots.

1 year parts and labor. (43,000 Total BTU's 21,500 BTU's per burner). Stainless steel exterior and interior.

Dual valve controls for left and right-side independent operation. Two (2) 21,500 BTU high efficiency ceramic infared burners and standby pilots totals 43,000 BTUs. 4 position rack adjustments on salamander broiler. One(1) removable broiler chrome rack. Range mount kit ships with Salamander Broiler. Durable stainless steel structure, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. Simple and reasonable structure, easy to manipulate and maintain.
