Our technician hooked it up here at our shop and it works great! HCR41 Range with standard oven, two hot tops and two french hotplates. For heavy-duty stockpot and skillet operation. Conventional oven allows for all-purpose baking and roasting applications.

Durable and easy to clean. Spring counter-balanced oven door prevents door from inadvertently dropping open. Forms a loading platform in open position; eases loading of product in oven. Cool-to-touch door handle improves employee safety. Variable, bi-directional heat control (low-medium-high).

Allows food to be cooked at optimal temperatures with maximum control. High density insulation 2 1/2 in sides, top, back and bottom. 2 in door reduces heat loss. Holds heat longer; faster recovery.

Hot tops thermostatically controlled allows food to be cooked at optimal temperature. Side mounted grease gutters on hot tops divert any spill-over into front or rear mounted grease trough. Two drawers (located under cooktop). Porcelain on steel oven cavity and door liner improves cleanability. Two 12"x24" hot tops and two round 9 french hotplates. One pan all purpose oven. Adjustable thermostat graduations are from OFF to 155-550 degrees F. Top accomodates one 40 quart and two 20 quart stock pots. Oven accepts a single furnished rack on built in two position rack guide located in cavity. Oven cavity dimensions: 23 1/2" w x 13" h x 31 1/2 d. 6 Legs w/ adjustable feet.
