The Garland MIR-34L gas salamander broiler can be used to heat cast iron dishes, brown and caramelize products, and broil steaks. It has separate 20,000-BTU burners that are controlled by high/low valves. Because these burners are infrared, they provide more powerful heat than traditional radiant options. The broiler rack can be moved up and down with the lift mechanism, creating different levels of heat intensity for food. This broiler fits on the back of a range, and a riser is built in for convenient setup. (2) 20,000-BTU atmospheric burners. Infrared burners put off more heat than typical radiant options.

Separately controlled high/low burner control valves. Designed to be mounted on a range. Bottom's heat shield reduces heat transfer.

Easy-to-clean stainless steel top, front, sides, and backsplash.
