One side serves as a Griddle while the other serves as a Charbroiler. Being small enough to fit on your countertop, this FHP42-24-1.5RB can be placed where its convenient for you. Its corrosion resistant stainless steel finish, welded with angle iron and aluminized inner framing, is painless to clean.

Its grease drawer is removable, making it easier to clean, and its highly polished griddle plate minimizes food sticking. Its heavy insulated double walled construction maximizes heat retention and minimizes heat escaping into your kitchen, creating a cooler operation.
