BBQ Pit Smoker with Trailer

  

These units are hand made in our fabrication shop, every option is customizable. The side warming oven has 2 slide out racks.

The brick lined fire box is constructed of 1/4" steel and will accept a 16" long log. This smoker is a dual pass design with mixing channels. These channels allow the heat and smoke to mix, giving you both direct and indirect heating for a more even cook. Dual thermostats on the main barrel help you keep track of your temps, while a separate thermostat on the warming oven helps you keep an eye on things inside with out opening the door. The trailer is a single axle 2000lb design with a 2 ball receiver, manual jack, basic light kit and safety chains.
