These units are all backed by NSF and ETL Certifications for both Electrics and Sanitation, guaranteeing their commercial use approval in every state in the USA. Featuring Axis's unique E-Z slide dual-rail system, you can broil meats closer or further from the heat source, as well as giving you the option to broil at an angle. This beautiful unit has an exterior made of heavy-duty stainless steel AISI 304 construction for hygiene, and a unitized base which provides a strong and reliable professional appliance. The interior heating elements are constructed of infrared burners and can be operated individually, while also including a removable drip tray for quick and convenient cleanup! As an additional safety precaution, if the flame extinguishes, the thermo-elements will cut any gas flow. This particular unit includes 3-burners that push 34,140btu and runs on 120V power with an included cord for motor rotation, and measures 18W x 22D x 39H, with a 24in Spit height. It has a large meat capacity of 90lbs and weighs just 62lbs.
