Produces dough shapes as large as 20 wide. Sheets 80 feet per minute. 115V, 10 Amp, 50/60 Hz, Single phase. 9' grounded cord and plug. 4 chrome plated adjustable legs.

Hinged front door for easy access to rollers and scraper blades. Front door is equipped with safety interlock that stops rollers when opened.

Scraper blades are easy to remove for cleaning and numbered for easy replacement. Maintenance free drive train, sealed and self lubricating.

On/OFF switch has cover for protection from flour and water. 21.5"H (without 4" legs) x 26.5"D x 28"W. We have several machines available as well as other brands and sizes if needed. Warranties are available on all equipment, please call for more details.
