What is a thermostatic griddle? These griddles have a thermostat control so you can set the thermostat dial to a temperature and the griddle will turn on and off automatically to keep the top cooking surface at the set temperature. These are MUCH better to cook on than manual control griddles. This is a new 36 counter top gas griddle by Precision cooking equipment. This griddle has 3 THERMOSTAT controls (1 every 12), 1 thick steel griddle plate high polished excellent for cooking!
Stainless steel constructed body, stainless steel front wrap-around stainless steel splash guard, grease trough, stainless steel grease drawer, and 4 legs. These come set up for Natural Gas but a conversion kit and instructions come with each griddle for LP Gas if needed. States only and to a business address only.
