36 gas commerical restaurant salamander. Ideal Commercial Cooking Products, Inc. CheeseMelters and Salamander Broilers are perfect forbrowning, broiling and finishing due to their highperformance infra red-burners that provide instant, even heating throughout the rack surface. Theirdesign is perfect for preparation of melted cheeseand a wide variety of dishes. Ideal Cheese Meltersserve as an outstanding auxiliary broiler for steaks, fish and lobster.
They come standard with (2) twoposition rack heights to accommodate the chromerack to the chefs needs. The Salamander Broiler onthe other hand can be adjusted in (3) three differenthigh positions and comes with a pull out carriage trayto ease the process. Both units can be easilymounted over our ranges top shelves with the help of(2) two reinforced channels or they can be wallmounted against the wall with the supplied brackets. Specify if either the unit will be wall mounted or overthe range shelf to provide you with the right mounting.
