Star - 860TSCHSA - Ultra-Max® 60 in Chrome Gas Griddle. 18 in (H) x 60 in (W) x 34 in (Depth). Hard chrome surface provides superior cooking performance and heat distribution. Highly polished smooth 1 in thick chrome plate reflects heat inward reducing radiant heat, lowering energy costs up to 30%. Non-porous chrome surface eliminates food taste transfer and cleans easily.

Snap-action 110v thermostat control from 150° to 450°F provides accurate temp control ± 10° from set point. Internal plate sensor measures temperature 3/16 in from cooking surface for instant response to temp changes and fast recovery. Heavy duty stainless steel construction.

3/4 in NPT male gas connection with convertible regulator. 3 1/2 in (W) front grease trough and chute for easy cleaning. Large 6 qt stainless steel with (2) grease drawers. 6 ft cord with NEMA 5-15 plug included.
