Has 6 eyes Burners, 24 inch griddle, a broiler under the the griddle, 2 standard ovens and over shelf natural gas. This is a whole lot of restaurant equipment rolled up into one item. This piece of equipment is great for a small space because there is so much you can do with this one item. It is like having 5 pieces of equipment in 60 inches of space.

Non-clogging burners help maintain consistent output. Cast iron grates are durable and retain heat well.

Grates are removable to make cleaning simple. Drip trays under burners are removable for thorough cleaning. Standing pilot ignition for range top. Deep stainless steel front rail serves as operator protection from burns, protects knobs, and provides a surface for plating food. Gas shutoff located on front of unit to make service calls easier.

Stainless steel front and sides are resilient and easy to clean. Inch stainless steel flue riser with heavy-duty shelf.

CSA-Gas, CSA-Design, cCSAus, CE listed; NSF certified. Raised design of griddle allows room for the broiler underneath. Thick griddle plate made of polished steel. Raised sides prevent grease splashes and runoff in surrounding area. Manual controls allow the user complete control over temperature and are best suited to experienced operators. 45,000 BTU per oven. 175 to 550 degree F temperature range. Oven cavity is easy to clean and corrosion-resistant due to porcelain enameled finish. Coved corners improve air flow and make corners easier to clean.

Full size pans can fit front-to-back or sideways. Includes one rack, adjustable to 2 positions. Spring-assisted and counterweighted doors make operation smooth. Oven Interior Dimensions: 26 in. We pride ourselves on our feedback.
