I bought for a second unit, then my main man bolted for a different job, and I can only run one at a time. This is the entry level version.

Good for adding additional volume to busy mobile set up or starting out. I have the canopy that goes over although it may need new fabric. With proper fire management you can cook pizzas in 2-2.5 minutes, and you can likely fit about 3 (maybe 4) 11 pizzas in plus fire.

Tongue does detach, a actual rig takes up less space than a sheet of plywood, and is light enough to be pulled by smaller vehicles.
