LEM SS Electric Jerky Slicer and Tenderizer

  

The LEM 2-in-1 Jerky Slicer/Tenderizer slices meat up to 1-1/4 thick. Strips of jerky will be 1/4 wide for 14 perfect jerky strips sliced and ready for the oven or dehydrator in seconds.

Remove the easy-off top and replace the slicing blades with the tenderizer blades to tenderize even the toughest cuts of meat. A strong 1/3 HP motor handles all cuts of meat easily. The motor is self lubricating and requires no maintenance. Key tip: For great performance with any tenderizer, it's very important that your meat is chilled to about 32 degrees F. Warmer meat will tear and mush, and these problems are eliminated by proper chilling. Room temperature meat can be flash-chilled by placing on trays one layer thick in a freezer for 20 minutes. The unit disassembles easily without tools for clean up.

The housing is made of durable powder coated aluminum. Chute dimensions are 1-1/4" x 4-1/2" x 8. This item is stocked in the USA and comes from a smoke-free environment.
