2018 manufactured trailer by Freedom Trailers and custom finished by Custom Made Trailers in Houston, TX. Dimensions: 26' x 8.5'. Smoker dimensions: 9'6" x 36" and holds up to 300 lbs of brisket.

Smoker was custom made by Evie Mae's Barbeque Pits. Trailer has triple axles, with the smoker centered over them to distribute the weight evenly. The trailer has leaf spring and drum trailer brakes. Tires are in new condition.

It has a 30 gal. Fresh water tank and a 6 gal. There's a 3 compartment stainless steel sink along with 2 hand washing sinks. The rear of the trailer houses the smoker and meat prep area which can be viewed by the exterior gull wing that flaps open, showcasing the pit (screened in). An inner pocket door separates the smoke room from the kitchen/serving area.

This area includes 3 full sized warmers, a 4 burner stove top/oven and hood, 3 full sized steam trays, a commercial sized refrigerator, and additional shelving and storage compartments.
