Brand new JP21 Jet burner. Ideal for commercial Chinese cooking but can also be used for Indian and Thai cooking and Barbecue setting. This JP21 jet is designed for super fast cooking without the need of a fan. All gas appliances must be installed by a qualified registered gas engineer as required by law.

Specifically designed for super fast Chinese wok cooking. This 21 Jet burner has a very good turn down facility and can be fitted most standard Chinese cookers. Perfect for main course cooking such as sweet and sour dishes, green pepper and black bean dishes and etc. Circular cast iron burner with upward angled brass jets situated annually around the gas chamber, removable cast iron central deflector.

Complete with removable cast iron tube for maximum combustion and easy cleaning. Heat release can be varied up to 145,000 btu. Gas feed 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2 BSP female thread. Suitable for natural gas or LPG. Combustion tube 70mm high x 200mm diameter.
